Quartal 2012. 日本の好ましい経済指標が報じられた。国内総生産（GDP）は2012年第一四半 期年率換算で4.1％上昇した。前期比1％の経済成長で、要因は個人消費と輸 出の伸び。日本経済は2011年3月の大震災の影響から徐々に回復してきた。 日本の良い情報はアジアの金融市場をやや回復させ、日経平均株価は0.9％上 昇して8,876円になった。新聞報道によると、アップル社は韓国のサムスンで はなく、日本企業「エルピーダ」に半導体の大量発注をしたと言われている。 （出典：2012年5月17日付キャッシュ・オンライン紙） There are good economic data coming from Japan; the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) increased by annualized 4.1% in the first quarter 2012. Compared to the previous quarter the economic performance went up by 1%; explained is that with the increase of the consumer spending and rising exports. The Japanese economy has recovered now step by step from the impacts of the disasters of March 2011. The positive news of Japan led to a slight recovery at the financial markets in Asia; the Nikkei-225 Index increased then by 0.9% onto 8,876 points. According to a newspaper report, the company <Apple> is said to have given a major Chip production order to the Japanese enterprise <Elpida> instead of passing it the South Korean company <Samsung>. Aus Japan kommen gute Wirtschaftsdaten; das Brutto-Inland-Produkt (BIP) stieg im ersten Quartal 2012 um 4,1% auf ein Jahr umgerechnet. Gemessen am Vorquartal erhoehte sich die Wirtschaftsleistung um 1%; begruendet wird dies mit einem Anstieg der Konsum-Ausgaben und steigender Exporte. Die japanische Wirtschaft erholt sich damit schrittweise von den Auswirkungen der Katastrophen vom Maerz 2011. Die positiven Nachrichten aus Japan fuehrten an den Finanz-Maerkten in Asien zu einer leichten Erholung; der Nikkei-225 Index stieg daraufhin um 0,9% auf 8,876 Punkte. Gemaess einem Zeitungsbericht soll die Firma <Apple> einen grossen Chip-Auftrag an das japanische Unternehmen <Elpida> anstatt an das suedkoreanische Unternehmen <Samsung> erteilt haben. Swiss Francs. In the year 2010, the enterprise has become an affiliate of the Japanese industrial group <Hitachi Zosen Corporation> with headquarters in Osaka. The enterprise supplies the fuel burning technology and the waste gas purification system for the new <waste incineration plant (KVA)>, which is built by order of the company <Renergia Zentralschweiz AG>. That company is an association of eight waste disposal organizations of Central Switzerland, which is to assure an economical and ecological as well as sustainable waste clean-up. As from the year 2015, the plant is going to recycle with the most modern technology based on a thermal procedure annually about 200,000 tons of waste. The project amounts to 320 Mio. CHF and it is the biggest climate protection project of the region. The so-called <Energy-from-Waste> plant produces per year 155 Gigawatt hours (GWh) electricity and can cover the demand of about 38,000 households. At the same time, per year 40 Mio. liters of fuel oil are saved and the CO2-output will be reduced by 90,000 tons; that refers to the paper factory <Perlen> which is going to benefit from that project. Das fuehrende Schweizer Industrie-Unternehmen <Hitachi Zosen Inova> (ehemals Von Roll Inova) mit Hauptsitz in Zuerich erhielt einen Grossauftrag im Umfang von ueber 80 Mio. Schweizer Franken. Das Unternehmen gehoert seit dem Jahr 2010 zum japanischen Industrie- Konzern <Hitachi Zosen Corporation> mit Sitz in Osaka. Das Unternehmen liefert die Feuerungs-Technologie und die Abgasreinigung fuer die neue <Kehricht-Verbrennungs-Anlage (KVA)>, welche im Auftrag der Firma <Renergia Zentralschweiz AG> erstellt wird. Die Firma ist ein Zusammenschluss von acht Abfall-Verbaenden der Zentralschweiz, welche eine oekonomisch und oekologisch nachhaltige Abfall-Entsorgung sicherstellt. Ab dem Jahr 2015 verwertet die Anlage mit modernster Technologie auf einem thermischen Verfahren pro Jahr zirka 200 000 Tonnen Abfall. Das Projekt hat einen Umfang von 320 Mio. CHF und ist damit das groesste Klimaschutz-Projekt der Region. Die so-genannte <Energy-from-Waste> Anlage produziert pro Jahr 155 Gigawatt-Stunden Strom und kann den Bedarf von zirka 38 000 Haushalte decken. Gleichzeitig werden jaehrlich 40 Mio. Liter Heizoel eingespart und der CO2-Ausstoss wird um 90 000 Tonnen reduziert; dies betrifft die Papierfabrik Perlen, welche davon profitiert. (Sat. 19.05.2012 Smi) 2日そこそこのキャンプ・デーヴィッドで開催された「G8サミット」で、日 本は（新聞報道によると）脇役を演じるだけ。同国は6年間毎回新しい首相 が参加している。今回は野田佳彦が参加、ヨーロッパの信用不安を最終的に 解消するよう呼び掛けた。日本政府が真剣に耳を傾けてもらえない理由は、 同国自体が同じ問題を抱えているから。野田さんは無能と評され、決定が出 来ず、参議院と自分の党の一部にも反対する者が居る。日本は「G8のグルー プ」の中では「気前のいい小父さん」でしかない。2012年4月同国は国際通 貨基金(IMF)に600億ドルの緊急基金を拠出する約束をした。野田さんはこの プレゼントでサミットでの地位を強める事が出来ると信じている。 （出典：2012年5月19日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） At the narrowly two-days <G8-summit> in Camp David (USA), Japan plays (according to the newspaper) only a minor (walk-on) role; the country is for six years each time represented by a new Prime Minister. This time, Noda Yoshihiko participates at the event; he called Europe up to master the debt crisis finally. The Japanese Government however cannot be taken seriously because itself it doesn't observe such recommendations. Noda-san is described as incapable to take decisions and the Japanese Upper House (Sangin) is against him as well as a part of his own party. Japan is within the <G8-Group> only the so-called <money uncle> (money machine); in April 2012 the country (Japan) promised the <IMF> 60 bn. US-Dollars for its emergency fund. Noda-san believes that <present> provides him a position of power at the summit. Am knapp zwei-taegigen <G8-Gipfel> in Camp David (USA) spielt Japan (nach Ansicht der Zeitung) nur eine <Statisten-Rolle>; das Land ist seit sechs Jahren jedes Mal durch einen neuen Premier vertreten. Neu: Schweizer Solar-Energie-Karte (Kataster).(Mon. 14.05.2012 Smi) ベルンに拠点を置くスイス企業「メテオテスト」は、スイス全土の「太陽光 台帳」を作成出来る独自の画期的なソフトウェアを開発した。この発明のお 陰で、今では持ち家の主は自分の家の屋根に太陽光発電装置を設置すべきか どうか調べる事が出来る。この革新的なスイスのソフトウェアは、年間の平 均的な日射量を屋根の表面積と傾斜等で算出する。家の持ち主にとって重要 な数値は余剰電力で、平均的な家庭では年間5,000キロワット時必要。メテ オテスト社は、場所毎の日射量を衛星データと気象データバンクを使って計 算する。自治体ヴィーデン（カントン・アールガウ）は「太陽光台帳」を既 に導入しており、情報はオンラインで問い合わせ出来る。ドイツでは既に 200年から「ソーラー台帳」を導入しており、オスナブリュック市は先駆的 存在で、データは2008年からオンラインになっている。 （出典：2012年5月14日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The Swiss enterprise <Meteotest> with headquarters in Berne, has developed its own groundbreaking Software, with which Switzerland-wide a so-called <solar cadastre> (solar inventory) can be established. Thanks to that invention, now each house-owner can check up whether his rooftop is suitable to have a solar-plant installed on it. With that innovative Swiss Software among others the average solar irradiation over the year, the surface and the gradient of the roof etc. can be calculated. The major number for the house-owner is however the electric gain; an average household consumes 5,000 kWh per year. <Meteotest> uses satellite date and weather data banks for the calculation of the solar irradiation on site. In the municipality of Widen (Ct. Aargau), the <solar cadastre> was already implemented and the information can be checked up <Online>. In Germany, already 200 cities have a <solar cadastre>; the City of <Osnabrueck> is a leader, it has published its data online already in 2008. Das Schweizer Unternehmen <Meteotest> mit Sitz in Bern hat eine eigene, wegweisende Software entwickelt, mit welcher sich landesweit ein so-genannter <Solar-Kataster> (solar inventory) erstellen laesst. Dank dieser Erfindung kann jetzt jeder Hausbesitzer nachschauen, ob sich sein Hausdach fuer die Installation einer Solar-Anlage eignet. Mit dieser innovativen Schweizer Software kann unter anderem die durchschnittliche Sonnen-Bestrahlung ueber das Jahr, die Flaeche und Neigung des Daches usw. berechnet werden. Die wichtigste Zahl ist fuer den Hausbesitzer dabei der elektrische Ertrag; ein durchschnittlicher Haushalt braucht pro Jahr 5 000 kWh. <Meteotest> verwendet Satelliten- Daten und Wetterdaten-Banken fuer die Berechnung der Sonnen- Einstrahlung vor Ort. For a people initiative a total of 100,000 signatures are needed in Switzerland; the party however intends to collect another 10,000 signatures in order to be sure to attain the full correct number at the end. Even though, the Swiss Government and the Parliament have basically approved the pullout of nuclear power energy, the <Initiative of the Greens> shall maintain the pressure on the politicians so that the exit of nuclear power energy at the latest in the year 2029 becomes mandatory. Here are the <5 most important reasons> of the <Greens against nuclear power>: 1) nuclear power plants are a deadly danger, 2) nuclear power waste is radiant one million years, 3) nuclear power electricity is expensive, 4) alternative energies are profitable, 5) uranium mining isn't sustainable. Die <Gruene Partei der Schweiz> (Gruene) sammelte innerhalb von elf Monaten 110 000 Unterschriften fuer ihre Volks-Initiative <Atom- Ausstieg>. Fuer eine Volks-Initiative braucht es in der Schweiz 100 000 Unterschriften; die Partei will jedoch noch weitere 10 000 Unterschriften sammeln, damit die korrekte Anzahl sicher erreicht wird. Trotzdem die Schweizer Regierung und das Parlament im 2011 den Ausstieg aus der Atom-Energie grundsaetzlich beschlossen haben, soll die <Initiative der Gruenen> weiter Druck machen, damit der Ausstieg aus der Atom-Energie bis spaetestens 2029 verbindlich wird. Zurich), received the order to supply 2,800 new bicycles for the Swiss Army; the purchase amounts to nearly 7 Mio. Swiss Francs. The new model will replace the present <military bicycle model 93>; the new bicycles will be considerably lighter than the <old> <Army bicycle>. The <old> bicycle has only a <7 gear shift system>; the new bicycle will be equipped with a <8 gear shift system>. The company is also responsible for the maintenance of the bicycles for a period of 10 years and it got an option for the supply of another 1,300 bicycles. Die sympatische Schweizer Firma <Simpel GmbH> mit Sitz im laendlichen Maschwanden (Kt.ZH) erhielt von der Schweizer Armee den Auftrag 2 800 neue Fahrraeder zu liefern; die Anschaffung betraegt fast 7 Mio. Schweizer Franken. Das neue Modell ersetzt das bisherige <Militaer- Fahrrad Modell 93>; die neuen Fahrraeder werden bedeutend leichter sein, als das <alte Armee-Fahrrad>. Lausanne: 27. Europaeisches Treffen der Turmwaechter. ローザンヌで「第27回夜警・見張り組合欧州会議」が開催された。100人近 い見張りがランタンと斧やりを持ち、伝統衣装を身につけて街を行進した。 暫く前に塔の見張りの伝統は消滅しかけたが、数年前から欧州各地で再びこ の伝統に大きな要望が湧き起こった。現在162人の夜警と塔の見張りが、欧 州10カ国の組合に属している。ローザンヌ市では600年以上前から、毎晩塔 の見張りが寺院の塔から市民に時を告げている。中世には塔の見張りは市 民に敵の襲来と火災を警告した。 （出典：2012年5月18/19日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） In Lausanne, the <27th European Meeting of the tower-/night guards and the tower guild> takes place; nearly 100 tower-/night guards marched in traditional costumes with lanterns and halberds through the City. Some time ago, the tradition of the tower-/night guards looked to have nearly died out; since a couple of years however, there is again Europe-wide a major demand for that ancient customs. Presently, 162 night guards and tower guards coming from ten European countries are members of that association. At the City of Lausanne, for more than 600 years, a tower guards proclaims the clock time to the citizens from the tower of the cathedral every night. At the Middle Ages (M.A.), the tower guards warned the population about hostile troops and fires. In Lausanne findet das <27. Europaeische Treffen der Nachtwaechter- und Tuermer-Zunft> statt; fast 100 Turmwaechter marschierten in traditionellen Kleidern mit Laternen und Hellebarden durch die Stadt. Vor einiger Zeit schien die Tradition der Turmwaechter fast ausgestorben; seit einigen Jahren gibt es Europaweit wieder eine grosse Nachfrage nach diesem Brauchtum. Aktuell gehoeren 162 Nachtwaechter und Turmwaechter aus zehn europaeischen Laendern der Vereinigung an. In der Stadt Lausanne ruft seit ueber 600 Jahren ein Turmwaechter den Buergern jede Nacht die Uhrzeit vom Turm der Kathedrale. Im Mittelalter warnte der Turmwaechter die Bevoelkerung vor feindlichen Truppen und vor Feuer. The beauty of the historical part of the City of Nagahama (old town) with well-maintained houses and shops could be achieved thanks to major effort by the local citizens and the shop-owners. The City of Nagahama made every effort possible to keep a beautiful and historically valuable town. Since 10 years when Nagahama was the site of the Kurokabe Square (Glass museum) and <Tiga-drama> of NHK, lots of tourists visit the place with the many traditional Japanese shops on one spot and the kind local people who value the Japanese <omotenashi> (hospitality) spirit. The old town is mostly banned to traffic (pedestrian zone) that's why we were picked up by taxi to the <Toyota Rental Office> located at the exit road. As guests of <Tokino-kumo> we were offered a discount of 10% on the rental fee; we were amazed about such kindness.
