Einkauf: Deutsche schaetzen Schweizer Produkte. (Thu. 08.12.2011 Smi) スイスとの国境地域に住むドイツ人は、スイス製品の高い品質と豊富な品揃 えを評価している。従って顧客として、ユーロ安や一部やや割高であっても スイスで買い物をする。ヒュントゥヴァンゲン（カントン・ツューリッヒ） の新しく出来たコープのショッピングセンターの買い物客の10人に1人はド イツから来る。彼等は特に生鮮食料品、有機食品又は「ファイン・フード （コープのブランド名）」製品を購入、こうした顧客は高品質の商品を求め ている。ドイツ人は又地元の肉屋でも、スイスのソーセージ類がドイツ製よ りも良いので買う。スイスに土曜日に来て1週間分の買い物をするドイツ人家 族もいる。ミグロのスーパーマーケットにも多くのドイツ人が買い物に来る。 スイスのチョコレートとコーヒーは大人気。ドイツ人はスイスのチョコレート とコーヒーの方がずっと美味しいと言う!!ドイツには薄切り塩漬け肉もラク レット・チーズやフォンデュー・チーズも無い。スイスでは電化製品によっ ては、ドイツよりも安い場合があり、スイス製品はドイツと同程度の価格が 少なくないが、品質はスイス製の方が遥かに良いと言われている!! （出典：2011年12月8日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） Germans that live in the border region to Switzerland appreciate the high quality of Swiss products and the great choice; as customers they make therefore shopping in Switzerland despite Euro and partly slightly higher prices. At the new shopping center of Coop in Huentwangen (Canton Zurich) already every tenth customer comes from Germany; they buy particularly fresh products, bio (organic) or <fine- food> products and those customers request goods of high qualities. The Germans buy even at the local butcher's shop on the village because the Swiss sausage products are simply better than in Germany. There are even German families coming to Switzerland in order to make their full weekly shopping in Switzerland on Saturdays. Also at the Migros supermarket, lots of Germans do their shopping; products such as Swiss chocolate and coffee are very popular. Germans find the Swiss coffee and the (Swiss) chocolate simply better!! Thinly sliced air dried and salted beef (meat) and Raclette- and Fondue-Cheese is simply not available in Germany. Certain (home/consumer) electronic goods are even cheaper in Switzerland than in Germany; often, Swiss products are of the same price as in Germany, however, the quality in Switzerland is said to be better!! Deutsche, welche in der Grenzregion zur Schweiz wohnen, schaetzen die hohe Qualitaet der Schweizer Produkte und die grosse Auswahl; als Kunden kaufen sie deshalb trotz Euro und teilweise leicht hoeheren Preisen in der Schweiz ein. Im neuen Einkaufszentrum von Coop in Huentwangen (Kt. Zuerich) kommt bereits jeder zehnte Kunde aus Deutschland; sie kaufen insbesondere Frischprodukte, Bio- oder <FineFood> Produkte ein und diese Kunden wollen Waren von hoher Qualitaet. Die Deutschen kaufen sogar in der lokalen Metzgerei am Ort ein, weil die Schweizer Wurstprodukte einfach besser sind als in Deutschland. Es kommen sogar deutsche Familien in die Schweiz, welche am Samstag den ganzen Wochen-Einkauf in der Schweiz machen. Ebenfalls im Migros-Supermarkt machen viele Deutsche ihre Einkaeufe; Produkte wie Schweizer Schokolade und Kaffee sind sehr beliebt. Deutsche finden den Schweizer Kaffee und die Schokolade einfach besser!! Hobelfleisch und Raclette- und Fonduekaese gibt es in Deutschland auch nicht. Einzelne Elektronik-Produkte sind in der Schweiz sogar guenstiger als in Deutschland; haeufig seien Schweizer Produkte gleich teuer wie in Deutschland, dafuer ist die Qualitaet in der Schweiz jedoch viel besser!! There are said to have been several problems; the contaminated water is said to have leaked out of a pump at reactor number three (3) at the nuclear power plant <Genkai> and the amount shall be 1.8 tons, as a spokesperson of the <Nuclear Supervisory Authority> in Tokyo informed. The reason for the matter will be investigated and according to information by the Government, water shall however not have leaked to the outside (environment). The society <Kyushu Electric Power Company> spoke <only> about a pump problem without mentioning the leak. The local Mayor of <Genkai> complained about the information policy of the (plant) operator. Erneuter Zwischenfall in einem japanischen Atomkraftwerk; gemaess einer Meldung der Nachrichten-Agentur Kyodo ist aus einem Reaktor im Atomkraftwerk <Genkai> in der Praefektur Saga (Kyushu) radioaktiv verstrahltes Wasser ausgelaufen. Es haette verschiedene Probleme gegeben; das verstrahlte Wasser sei aus einer Pumpe im Reaktor 3 des Atomkraftwerkes <Genkai> ausgetreten und die Menge betrage 1,8 Tonnen, wie ein Sprecher der <Atomaufsichts-Behoerde> in Tokyo meldete. Die Ursache dafuer werde abgeklaert und gemaess Angaben der Regierung sei das Wasser aber nicht in die Umwelt gelangt. Riesiger Bio-Lebensmittel Skandal in Italien. (Thu. 08.12.2011 Smi) 報道と警察の情報に依ると、従来の方法で栽培された製品を購入して有機食 品として申告し、高い値段で販売されていた。これらの製品はイタリア、ド イツ、オーストリア、オランダ、スペイン、ベルギー、フランス、スイスに 売られていた。イタリアの警察は数名を逮捕し、大量の穀類、大豆、小麦粉 、果物を没収した。金額にして2億2千万ユーロ以上に上る。ヴェローナの「 サニー・ランド」社は特に警察の捜査の中心になった。 同社の製品は大部分 がルーマニアで植え付けられ、しかも特別の規則等何も無いまま栽培された。 「サニー・ランド」社はスイスにも輸出し、「有機スイス」の証書を得ている と言われている。「有機スイス」の組織は現在これ等の製品の輸入を停止し、 出荷された商品の検査を指示している。 （出典：2011年12月8日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） According to press information and news from the police, conventionally cultivated products shall have been bought and then declared (labeled) as bio (organic) foods and sold at higher prices. Those products were sold to Italy, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, France and Switzerland. The police in Italy has arrested several persons and confiscated larger amounts of grains, soya, flour and fruit. The amount is said to be more than 220 Mio. Euros; a company <Sunny Land> in Verona is said to be particularly in the focus of the investigations of the police. The products were mostly cultivated in Romania and no particular guidance had to be observed regarding to the cultivation. The company <Sunny Land> has also exported to Switzerland and is said to have a certificate of <Bio Suisse>. The organization <Bio Suisse> has now stopped the import of those products and an investigation is directed to the already supplied goods. Gemaess Press-Mitteilungen und Angaben der Polizei seien konventionell gepflanzte Produkte gekauft worden, welche dann als Bio-Lebensmittel deklariert und zu teureren Preisen verkauft wurden. Diese Produkte wurden nach Italien, Deutschland, Oesterreich, Niederlande, Spanien, Belgien, Frankreich und der Schweiz verkauft. Die Polizei in Italien verhaftete mehrere Personen und beschlagnahmte groessere Mengen an Getreide, Soja, Mehl und Obst. Die Summe betrage mehr als 220 Mio. Euro; eine Firma <Sunny Land> in Verona stehe besonders im Zentrum der Untersuchungen der Polizei. Die Produkte dieser Firma wuerden groesstenteils in Rumaenien angepflanzt, es muessten jedoch keine besonderen Richtlinien beim Anbau einhalten werden. Die Firma <Sunny Land> habe ebenfalls in die Schweiz exportiert und besitze ein Zertifikat von <Bio Suisse>. Die Organisation <Bio Suisse> hat jetzt die Einfuhr dieser Produkte gesperrt und eine Untersuchung der bereits gelieferten Ware angeordnet. With such actions, he is said to have attempted to profit of fluctuations of the key rates (reference rate) at the derivatives trading. The supervisory authorities criticize the bank UBS too telling that the activities of the trader were overlooked during a longer period of time. It is said there shall exist a <serious problem> regarding to the internal control system at the bank. Later, the dealer worked for the US-bank <Citigroup> where he came together with other employees also under the suspicion of interest rate manipulation. The responsible commission of the supervisory authorities requested that punishments were imposed against the two banks. Die japanische Finanzmarkt-Aufsichtsbehoerde wirft einem frueheren Haendler der <UBS Securities Japan> vor, er habe versucht den Zinssatz fuer Interbanken-Geschaefte zu beeinflussen. Damit habe er im Derivatehandel versucht von Schwankungen (Fluktuationen) des Referenzsatzes zu profitieren. Die Aufsichtsbehoerden kritisieren dabei ebenfalls die Bank UBS, sie haette die Aktivitaeten des Haendlers waehrend laengerer Zeit uebersehen. Es bestehe demnach ein <ernsthaftes Problem> mit dem internen Kontrollsystem in der Bank. Spaeter arbeitete der Haendler fuer die US-Bank <Citigroup>, wo er zusammen mit anderen Angestellten ebenfalls unter den Verdacht der Zinsmanipulation kam. Die verantwortliche Kommission der Aufsichtsbehoerde beantragt, dass gegen die zwei Banken Strafen ausgesprochen werden. The popular Basle football team showed an impressive performance; only at 89th minute of the match, the English footballer made the connection goal. With that defeat in Basle, the English team was eliminated; the <FC Basle> however qualified as the first Swiss football club ever for the <last sixteen> at the famous <Champion's League>. The Swiss newspapers were full of praise about the extraordinary achievement of the Basle footballers; that was a victory for the Swiss Sports. Am Mittwoch-Abend gab es im Basler St. Jakob-Stadion eine Sensation; im Rahmen der europaeischen <Champion's League> besiegte der Schweizer Fussball-Club FC Basel die legendaere und beruehmte englische Fussball Mannschaft von Manchester United (ManU) mit dem Resultat von 2:1 Toren. Die beliebte Basler Fussball Mannschaft zeigte eine eindrueckliche Leistung; erst in der 89. Minute erzielten die Englaender den Anschlusstreffer. Mit der Niederlage in Basel schied die englische Mannschaft aus; der FC Basel hingegen erreichte als erster Schweizer Fussball Club ueberhaupt die Achtelsfinals in der beruehmten <Champion's League>. Die Schweizer Zeitungen waren voll des Lobes ueber die hervorragende Leistung der Basler; dies war ein Sieg fuer den Schweizer Sport. Schweizer Franken sind nur noch Schrott. Die Fahrzeuge gehoerten zu einem Konvoi mit zwanzig <Auto-Fans> im Alter von 37 bis 60 Jahren, welche auf einer regen-nassen Autobahn mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 160 km/h unterwegs waren; die erlaubte Geschwindigkeit betraegt nur 80 km/h!! US-Government threatens Switzerland!! US-Regierung droht der Schweiz!! (Wed. 07.12.2011 Smi) 米国政府は、スイス警察のデータバンクへ米国の自動的なアクセスを許可 しなければ、スイス人観光旅行者に査証義務を課すと脅迫した!!スイスの国 会議員は「衝撃」を受けたと言い、その様な「大規模な介入は、スイスの主 権と独立の名に於いて如何なる場合にも許さない」と言った。米国政府はス イスに2012年6月までにこの条約に調印するよう求めている。スイスが受け 入れなければ、<Visa-Waiver-Program>から排除される。米国の査証はおよ そ130スイスフラン（約13,000円）で、取得する為には米国大使館に出向か なければならない。危険なのは米国の手続き過程で、米国のデータ保護法が 貧弱な為、他国の人々には収集された自分の情報について知る権利が無い!! 外国人の人物認識情報が米国で永久に保存され、利用され、目的以外に利用 される恐れがある。他の<Visa-Waiver-Program/VWP>の国々とも、同様に政治 的軋轢が増しており、オーストリアでは、内務省の職員が（引用では）「カ ウボーイ手法」と話している。スイスの新聞各社の論説は、（引用では）「 警察情報への外国のアクセスは、基本的に主権の観点から許可すべきではな い。」、「情報の主権が交渉可能であると認識された場合に、その先のアク セス請求があって然るべき。」と解説している!! ［WSNH:日本も<Visa-Waiver-Program>の一員］ （出典：2011年12月7日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） http://bern.usembassy.gov/niv_waiver_program.html The US-Government threatens to impose visa requirements for Swiss tourists if Switzerland doesn't allow the USA an automated access on the own Swiss police data banks!! Swiss parliamentarians expressed to be <shocked> and they do not want to allow at all such a <massive interference into the sovereignty and independency of Switzerland>. The USA request Switzerland to sign a corresponding agreement up to June 2012; should Switzerland not approve it then the country will not be allowed to participate on the <Visa-Waiver-Program/VWP>. A visa for the USA cost about SFr. 130 (ca. Yen 13,000) and the applicant has to pass by at the US-Embassy. Critical is the US-approach because the data protection law in the USA is only <little> developed, that means people from other states have no right to get information about their (collected) own data!! There are concerns (worries) that foreign personal identification data could be recorded permanently, processed and used for purposes others than intended. In other countries belonging to the <Visa-Waiver-Program/VWP>, the US-request caused also considerable political opposition; in Austria an employee of the <Home Office> spoke even of quote: <Cowboy-methods>. In the Swiss newspaper comment was explained quote: <that the access on police data by a foreign state fundamentally shouldn't be allowed based on sovereignty reasons>. <Once the data sovereignty is known to be negotiable, then further requests for access will follow>. [WSNH: Japan is also a participating country of the <Visa-Waiver Program/VWP>.] Die US-Regierung droht mit Visumspflicht fuer Schweizer Touristen, wenn die Schweiz den USA nicht einen automatisierten Zugriff auf die eigenen Schweizer Polizei-Datenbanken erlaubt!! Schweizer Parlamentarier aeusserten sich <schockiert> und wollen einen solchen <massiven Eingriff in die Souveraenitaet und Unabhaengigkeit der Schweiz auf keinen Fall zu lassen>. Die USA verlangt von der Schweiz bis Juni 2012 ein entsprechendes Abkommen zu unterzeichnen; sollte die Schweiz nicht zustimmen, dann koennte das Land nicht mehr am <Visa-Waiver-Program> teilnehmen. Ein Visum fuer die USA kostet zirka SFr. 130 (ca. Yen 13,000) und dafuer muss man auf der US-Botschaft vorbeigehen. Kritisch ist das Vorgehen der USA deshalb, weil das Datenschutz-Recht in den USA nur <wenig> entwickelt ist, dass heisst Personen aus anderen Staaten haben kein Recht, Auskunft ueber eigene Daten zu erhalten!! Es wird befuerchtet, dass auslaendische Personen- Erkennungsdateien in den USA permanent gespeichert, verarbeitet und zweck-entfremdet werden koennten. In anderen Laendern des <Visa- Waiver-Program/VWP> gab es ebenfalls erheblichen politischen Widerstand dagegen; in Oesterreich sprach ein Mitarbeiter des Innen- Ministeriums gar von Zitat <Cowboy-Methoden>. Im Schweizer Zeitungskommentar wird erklaert: <Zitat>, <dass, der Zugriff auf Polizeidaten einem fremden Staat aus Souveraenitaets-Gruenden grundsaetzlich NICHT gewaehrt werden sollte.> <Wird die Daten-Hoheit als verhandelbar erkannt, dann werden weitere Zugriffs-Begehren folgen>!! The ANA aircraft Boeing B777-300 unfortunately took off with a slight delay; the reason was a passenger booked on the flight cancelled/or missed the flight, so that his luggage had to be unloaded again. On the night sky, we saw a fire-like sun-ball; it is rare to watch the sunset so closely up in the air. From Itami, we boarded the <Osaka-Monorail> into the direction of <Kadoma-shi> and got off at the station <Banpaku Koen> (Osaka Expo station); the travel time was only about 20 minutes and you could see the famous <Osaka Expo Sun Monument> called <Taiyo no tou>. From the station, it took an about 7-8 minutes foot-walk up to the accommodation place, the <Hotel Hankyu Expo Park>.
