Neue Nebelkarte zeigt Orte mit Sonne. (Thu. 24.11.2011 Smi) 過去数週間スイスでは鬱陶しい天気が続いていて、平野部では殆どどこも霧 で覆われていたが、この間高地では霧が無いか（ほとんど）いつも日が射し ていた。この特別な天候に、ラッペルスヴィル（ザンクトガレン）工科大学 のシュテファン・ケラー教授はスイスのオンライン霧地図の開発を思いつい た。ソフトウェアのプログラムは同教授の指導の下、情報科学専攻の学生が 書いた。同プロジェクトには応用科学の最新技術が利用された。公開されて いるウェブカムをどの様に使うかが問題だった。新しく開発された「オンラ イン霧地図」 は、スイスの地図上70か所のウェブカムに其々の地点が太陽 か霧のシンボルで表示されている。プログラムは到達率99％に達しているが 、プログラムは非常に複雑。コンピュー タは、特にいつ霧がウェブカム画 像に取り込まれたのかを認識しなければならない。同プログラムの改善は更 に進められる。（出典：2011年11月24日付ターゲス・アン ツァイガー紙） In the past few weeks, Switzerland experienced a <boring> weather condition, meaning there was fog mostly all over in the flat country whereas higher ground was free of fog or (nearly) almost always sunny. That special weather condition gave Stefan Keller, Professor at the <University of Applied Sciences of Eastern Switzerland (FHO)> the idea to create an online fog-map of Switzerland. The (software) program for it was written by students of the IT department under his direction; for the project the latest technology within the scope of the applied science was used. The question was, how public <webcams> could be used for it; the now developed <Online fog-map> shows on the map of Switzerland 70 locations with <webcams>, where the respective site is marked with a symbol for sun or fog. The program has reached already a recall ratio of 99%, considering that the program is very complex. The computer has to recognize particularly when fog is shown on the <webcam> picture. The program will be further developed. In den letzten Wochen herrschte in der Schweiz eine <langweilige> Wetterlage, das heisst im Flachland lag fast ueberall Nebel, waehrenddem es in der Hoehe nebelfrei oder (fast) immer sonnig war. Diese spezielle Wetterlage brachte Stefan Keller, Professor an der <Hochschule fuer Technik> in Rapperswil (SG) [University of Applied Sciences of Eastern Switzerland (FHO)] auf die Idee, eine Online- Nebelkarte der Schweiz zu entwickeln. Das Programm dazu schrieben die Studenten fuer Informatik unter seiner Leitung; fuer das Projekt kam die neueste Technik im Rahmen der angewandten Forschung zur Anwendung. Die Frage lautete wie sich oeffentliche <Webcams> dafuer nutzen liessen; die vorliegende <Online-Nebelkarte> zeigt auf einer Schweizer Karte 70 Standorte mit <Webcams>, wobei der jeweilige Ort mit einem Symbol fuer Sonne oder Nebel markiert ist. Das Programm erreicht bereits eine Trefferquote von 99%, wobei das Programm sehr komplex ist. Der Computer muss insbesondere erkennen, wann es sich auf dem <Webcam-Bild> um Nebel handelt. Das Programm soll noch weiter entwickelt werden. (Sat. 26.11.2011 Smi) 日本の雑誌「FACTA」、引用：「日本では数少ない独立系の雑誌」（！！） がオリンパスによる3件の企業買収について調査、オリンパス内部の金融ス キャンダルを暴露した。「FACTA誌」の発行人は阿部重夫。追跡調査を基に 2011年9月同誌は、「オリンパスの資金の流れ」に闇社会が関係していたと 書いた。この表現は日本では日本のマフィア（やくざ）に使われる。会計 監査法人「プライスウォーターハウスクーパース」による外部監査で、 「FACTA」の結果が確認され、（元）社長マイケル・ウッドフォード氏がオ リンパスグループの菊川剛元社長兼会長に辞任を求めた。結論はウッドフォ ード氏自身が解任された。ウッドフォード氏はオリンパスの従業員と技術者 を称賛し、経営陣の不正があっただけと語った。 （出典：2011年11月26日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The Japanese magazine <Facta>, quote: <one of the few independent magazines of Japan> (!!) investigated three enterprise takeovers by <Olympus> and detected with that the financial scandal inside of <Olympus>. The publisher of <Facta> is Abe Shigeo; based on further investigations, <Facta> wrote in September 2011 that on the <Olympus> transactions <unsocial elements> were involved. That expression is used in Japan for the Japanese mafia (Yakuza). An external investigation by the auditing company <PricewaterhouseCoopers> confirmed the <Facta> results upon the (ex) CEO Michael Woodford asked the Olympus Group Chief Kikukawa Tsuyoshi to resign. As a consequence, Woodford himself was sacked. Woodford praised the employees and engineers of Olympus; he said that only the management had been corrupt. Mrs. Ruoff originally has an academic title as teacher, then studied among others economics; at the IBM she was a member of the management body and by now, she was head of the company <BT Switzerland Ltd.>, an affiliate of <British Telecom>. Erfolgreiche Schweizer Honig Ernte 2011. The honey crop is nearly 30 kilograms per bee colony; in the average years, the crop was only 12 kilograms per bee colony. The information was supplied by a survey conducted among 800 beekeepers, made by the <Association of Swiss German bee friends>. In Switzerland, <blossom honey> and <forest honey> is produced; thanks to the warm and dry weather in spring, the honey harvest was so rich this year. The beekeepers are still worried about the death of bees caused by the <varroa destructor>. [WSNH: Upon shopping honey, absolutely watch out for the <Swiss label>; Swiss honey is very healthy, much better than <sweetened> spread (jam), which can damage the teeth. According to a <BoJ-meeting protocol> internal experts are said to have recommended to the management of the <Bank of Japan> to act with caution regarding to the purchase of further ETF's. The ETF's-program was decided in the year 2010 with the target to buy index funds on the share indices <Topix> and <Nikkei 225> in case of strongly falling rates on the Japanese equity market. Due to the worldwide turbulences on the equity market, the <Bank of Japan> has suffered book losses amounting to 40 bn. Yen by the end of September 2011. Im Rahmen des <Programms> zum Kauf von boersen-kotierten Indexfonds (ETFs; Exchange Traded Funds) hat die japanische Zentralbank [Bank of Japan (BoJ)] Hunderte von Millionen US Dollar verloren und hinterfragt jetzt diese Transaktionen. The start of the winter season had to be postponed in different Swiss ski regions due to lack of snow. The so- called nil (zero) degrees Celsius limit is located presently on an altitude of 3,300 meters above sea-level, that's why the use of snow canons isn't possible. According to <SF Meteo> the temperatures in the first half of the month of November were 3 to 7 centigrade above the average values; the dryness in the north of Switzerland is unusual too. At the ski area of Zermatt (Matterhorn State Valley), there are however already perfect ski slopes. The World Climate Council (IPCC) recently warned about the coming heat waves in Europe within the scope of the global warming; the greenhouse effect causes a worldwide increase in temperatures of 1 to 5 degrees centigrade up to the year 2100. The extreme weather incidents (drought, hurricanes, flooding etc.) and an increase of the sea level will increase!! Der Beginn der Winter-Saison musste in verschiedenen Ski-Regionen der Schweiz verschoben werden, da es (noch) keinen Schnee gibt. Die so-genannte Null-Gradgrenze befindet sich derzeit auf einer Hoehe von 3 300 Metern ueber Meter, sodass ein Einsatz von Schneekanonen nicht moeglich ist. Gemaess <SF Meteo> lagen die Temperaturen in der ersten Haelfte des Monat November 3 bis 7 Grad ueber den Durchschnittswerten; die Trockenheit im Norden der Schweiz ist ebenfalls ungewoehnlich. Im Skigebiet von Zermatt (Matterhorn- State Valley) gibt es jedoch bereits perfekte Skipisten. Der Welt- Klimarat (IPCC) warnte kuerzlich vor Hitzewellen in Europa im Rahmen der globalen Erwaermung; der Treibhaus-Effekt bewirkt einen weltweiten Anstieg der Temperaturen von 1 bis 5 Grad bis 2100. (Tue 15.11.2011 Smi) 「環太平洋戦略的経済連携協定」は自由貿易協定として構想されたが、強力 な米国が一義的にこの地域に於ける中国の影響力を制限しようと加わった。 この程日本の首相野田佳彦もTPP協議への参加を表明した。これに依って米 国のオバマ大統領は最も重要な狙いである、日中両国の分断に成功した！最 近までTPPはシンガポール、ブルネイ、ニュージーランド、チリのささやか な貿易ブロックだったが、2009年鳩山由紀夫が東アジア共同体構想を実現さ せようとして、在日米軍基地条約に揺らぎが生じて以来、米国が介入してき た。米国は突然TPPに関心を示し、日本にも参加を求めた。TPP協議に参加表 明した事で、野田さんは孤立し、中国との関係が緊張した。同特派員に依る と、TPPは経済を装った「政治的協定」で、実現の見込みは少ないと言われ、 日本の最も重要な経済相手国の中国を怒らせた。 （出典：2011年11月15日/18日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） The <Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP)> is designed as a free trade agreement, with it the powerful USA primary wants to confine the influence of China in the region. Now, Japan's Prime Minister Noda Yoshihiko wants to join the negotiations for a <TPP> too; thanks to that, the US-President Obama has reached his <most important> aim, to build a cleft among the two countries Japan and China! Up to recently, the <TPP> was a minor trading bloc with the states of Singapore, Brunei, New Zealand and Chili; only when Hatoyama Yukio in 2009 wanted to realize the idea of an east-Asian union and on that moment, vibrated the agreement of the US military bases in Japan, the USA intervened. Then, the USA suddenly showed interest on the <TPP> and requested Japan to participate too. With a <YES> to <TPP- negotiations>, Noda-san has isolated himself and the relationship with China became strained. According to the correspondent, the <TPP> is a <political agreement>, which took the economy only as pretext; the agreement is said to have little chances to be ever realized, however it has angered Japan's most important trade partner (China). Die <Trans-Pazifische Partnerschaft (TPP)> ist als Freihandelsabkommen formuliert, wobei die maechtige USA jedoch primaer den Einfluss von China in der Region einschraenken will. Jetzt will sich Japans Premier Noda Yoshihiko ebenfalls den Verhandlungen zum <TPP> anschliessen; damit duerfte US-Praesident Obama sein <wichtigstes> Ziel, eine Kluft zwischen den beiden Laendern Japan und China zu treiben, erreicht haben! Bis kuerzlich war das <TPP> ein unbedeutender Handelsblock mit den Staaten Singapur, Brunei, Neuseeland und Chile; erst als Hatoyama Yukio im 2009 die Idee einer ostasiatischen Gemeinschaft realisieren wollte und dabei an der Vereinbarung ueber US-Militaer-Stuetzpunkte in Japan schuettelte, schritten die USA ein. Die USA zeigte ploetzlich Interesse an der <TPP> und forderte Japan auf, ebenfalls mitzumachen. Mit seinem <JA> zu <TPP- Verhandlungen> hat sich Noda-san isoliert und das Verhaeltnis zu China belastet. Gemaess dem Korrespondent ist das <TPP> ein <politisches Abkommen>, welches die Wirtschaft zum Vorwand nimmt; das Abkommen habe wenig Chancen, je realisiert zu werden, es veraergert jedoch Japans wichtigsten Handelspartner (China). (Tue. 22.11.2011 Smi) 最盛期には中国は全世界で売られた玩具の75%を生産していた。ドイツの産業 団体<DVSI>によると現在はわずか60%。同国では玩具製造への関心が薄れてお り、高まる要求と賃金上昇が理由。中国からヨーロッパへの玩具輸出は減少 し、今再び東ヨーロッパの立地が好まれている。しかし、長年生産拠点が移 転されていた為多くの専門知識が失われた。従って玩具産業の生産部門は目 下問題を抱えているが、一方で販売はブームの加速を経験している。スイス に関しては、クリスマス商戦で伝統的な玩具の販売に転換が見られ、記録的 な売り上げが見込まれている。 （出典：2011年11月22日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙） At peak periods, China manufactured 75% of all worldwide sold toys; according to the German Industry Union (DVSI), the present share is at only 60%. In the country, the interest on producing toys has decreased due to higher requirements and increasing salaries. The import of toys from China to Europe has dropped; newly, again production sites in Eastern Europe are preferred. There, however lots of know how was lost due to the production relocations years ago. The toy industry has therefore presently problems in the field of production, whereas the sales experience an increasing boom. Die Einfuhr von Spielwaren aus China nach Europa geht zurueck; neu werden jetzt wieder Standorte in Ost-Europa bevorzugt, dort ging jedoch wegen der Verlagerung der Produktion vor Jahren viel Fachwissen verloren. Die Spielwaren-Industrie hat deshalb im Bereich der Produktion derzeit Probleme, waehrenddem der Absatz einen zunehmenden Aufschwung erlebt.
