(Fri. 30.09.2011 Smi) カントン・ヴァリスの「ヌーフェネン峠」で金曜日、ドリス・ロイトゥハル トゥ連邦評議員が列席して欧州で最高地に設置する風力発電所の棟上げ式を 祝った。この風力発電所は標高2,500メートル地点に在って、建設費はおよそ 550万スイスフランを要した。運転開始は来年2012年。長さ35メートルの回転 翼を峠まで運ぶ困難な作業は特殊な車両を使った。特に寒気による高地の厳 しい気象環境の為、回転翼を氷雪から守る暖房設備を設置する必要があった。 この新しい施設は年間約3ギガワット時発電し、これはおよそ800戸の家庭の消 費電力に相当する。来年は更なる施設の建設が進められる。スイスのエネルギ ー相は「再生可能な未来」への大きな一歩を踏み出したカントン・ヴァリスの 努力を讃えた。（出典：2011年9月30日付ブリック紙） On the top of the <Nufenen Pass> in the Canton of Valais (Matterhorn State Valley), the <roofing ceremony> for the highest-located wind energy power plant in Europe was commemorated on Friday in presence of the Swiss Federal Councilor Doris Leuthard. The wind energy power plant is located on an altitude of nearly 2,500 meters and the construction cost will amount to about 5,5 Mio. Swiss Francs; the plant shall go into operation in the beginning of next year (2012). The transport of the 35 meters long rotor blades up to the Alpine Pass was difficult and was conducted by the use of a special transport vehicle. Due to the extreme weather condition on that altitude, particularly the coldness, a heating system had to be installed, which shall keep the rotor blades free of ice and snow. The new plant will be able to produce three giga-watt hours (GWh) of electricity per year; that corresponds to the power consumption of about 800 households. Further plants shall be built in the coming years. Die Wind-Energieanlage liegt auf einer Hoehe von fast 2,500 Meter und die Baukosten betragen zirka 5,5 Mio. Schweizer Franken; die Anlage soll zu Beginn des naechsten Jahres (2012) ihren Betrieb aufnehmen. Der Transport der 35 Meter langen Rotor-Blaetter bis auf den Pass war schwierig und erfolgte mit einem Spezial-Fahrzeug. Wegen der extremen Wetterlage auf dieser Hoehe, insbesondere der Kaelte, musste ein Heizsystem installiert werden, welches die Rotorenblaetter frei von Eis- und Schnee halten soll. Die neue Anlage wird drei Giga-Watt-Stunden (GWh) Strom pro Jahr produzieren; dies entspricht dem Stromverbrauch von zirka 800 Haushalten. Die <Finanz-Industrie> <erfindet> immer neue Moeglichkeiten um an die Sparguthaben der japanischen Privathaushalte zu gelangen; ihr Werbeslogan lautet: <sie wollten den Sparern helfen, ihr Geld profitabler anzulegen.> 60% der Milliarden-Summen in <Doppeldecker-Fonds> sind derzeit (einseitig) in der Waehrung von Brasilien <Real> angelegt (Klumpen-Risiko?). Falls die Wirtschaft von Brasilien nicht mehr wie aktuell <blueht>, sondern <stottert>, dann koennten viele <Doppeldecker-Fonds> <abstuerzen> (Crash). Sollte es dazu kommen, dann muessten die japanischen Sparer zufrieden sein, wenn sie noch Geld in einer <sicheren> Anlage bei der japanischen Post oder in einer Lebensversicherung haben. The critics question themselves, why <Kepco> doesn't build the nuclear power plants at the city limits of Osaka, if the <nuclear power energy> is so safe. The monk of <Myotsu> temple mentioned regarding to the <oppression> of criticism on the nuclear power plant industry the term of <money-fascism>; his <nuclear power> critical articles were <hushed up> (hidden) by the newspapers in the past. Only after the incident in Fukushima, certain newspapers have published his reports now. Gemaess dem Korrespondent der Zeitung hat Japan <die Kritik an der <Atom-Wirtschaft> bisher mit <Geld und Einschuechterung> unterdrueckt. Trotzdem lassen sich <nicht alle japanischen Buerger> im Staedtchen <Obama> in der Praefektur Fukui <von der japanischen Atom-Lobby> <kaufen>, wie der Priester des ehrwuerdigen <Myotsu-Tempels> im Ort erklaerte. Fuer ihn ist es fast <ein Wunder>, dass <Obama> seit 1968 immer noch <AKW-frei> ist; dass Atom-Kraftwerk (AKW) von <Oi> liegt jedoch in unmittelbarer Naehe vor der Bucht. Der japanische Moench wird zudem mit dem Begriff das <nukleare Ginza> erwaehnt; die Praefektur Fukui traegt diese Bezeichnung, da dort allein 15 Atom- Reaktoren in Betrieb stehen und bereits <weitere> geplant sind. In der Hafenstadt <Tsuruga> befindet sich das <Aquatom>, es wird der <Propaganda-Palast> der japanischen <Atom-Industrie> genannt; offiziell nennt es sich <Wissenschafts-Museum>. In der Umgebung liegt der Versuchs-Reaktor <Monju>; dieser ist zwar abgestellt, aber sein Unterhalt kostet jaehrlich 230 Mio. Schweizer Franken!! It is however mentioned that still radioactivity is escaping for the nuclear power plant, however significantly less than at the beginning of the disaster. Besides, the Japanese Parliament has decided to give an independent commission the order for an investigation of the fatality. The corresponding law determines that a group of 20 members of parliament should select ten external specialists as members of that committee. Die japanischen Behoerden hoben die Empfehlung zur Evakuierung fuer Zonen im Umkreis zwischen 20 und 30 Kilometern zum beschaedigten Atom-Kraftwerk Fukushima gestern auf. Es wird jedoch bemerkt, dass weiterhin Radioaktivitaet aus dem Atom-Kraftwerk austritt, allerdings bedeutend weniger als am Anfang der Katastrophe. Das japanische Parliament beschloss ausserdem einer unabhaengigen Kommission den Auftrag zur Untersuchung des Ungluecks zu erteilen. The product, presently available as <prototype> provides space for a family of four persons. The rescue capsule (Noah disaster evacuation shelter) is based on an idea of Tanaka Shoji and his company <Cosmopower Co.>, which manufactures the device. His rescue capsule found Japan-wide major attention in the media receiving already 600 orders for his invention. The device cannot only be used in case of natural disasters (Tsunami etc.), but it can be used without any worries as a <play cottage> for children. Bahnbrechende Forschung von Nissan & Swiss EPFL Institute. 日本の自動車会社「日産自動車」とスイスの<EPFL>（連邦工科大学ローザ ンヌ校）が画期的な未来志向の研究計画を開始した。4年間の提携の研究課 題は、運転者の考えを走行に反映させる車を開発する事。路上での安全性と 運転の質を向上させる。実用化に向けて運転者の脳の活動と目の動きを計る 。<EPFL>側は、「考える力」で動く車椅子を開発した著名な研究者をこの計 画の担当者に据えた。日産側の研究責任者は夏に<EPFLキャンパス>に到着し ている。（出典：2011年9月30日付ブリック紙） The Japanese automobile enterprise <Nissan Motor Co. Ltd.> and the Swiss University <EPFL> (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) in Lausanne have started a unique and trend-setting research project. The research project is embedded in a partnership of four years and has the objective to develop a car, which can be steered through the mind (brain/thoughts) of the driver. Thereby, the safety on the road and quality of driving can be improved. For the practical implementation, the brain activity and the eye-movements of the driver have to be scaled. From the side of <EPFL>, a distinguished researcher is responsible for the project; he has already developed wheel chairs, which can be steered only on the base of <brain power> (power of thoughts) [Brain Machine Interface/BMI]. The responsible researcher from the side of <Nissan> has arrived on the <EPFL-Campus> in summer. Das japanische Automobile-Unternehmen <Nissan Motor Co. Das im Rahmen einer vier-jaehrigen Partnerschaft laufende Forschungsprojekt hat das Ziel, ein Auto zu entwickeln, welches sich ueber die Gedanken des Fahrers steuern laesst. Dadurch laesst sich die Sicherheit auf der Strasse steigern und die Fahrqualitaet verbessern. Fuer die praktische Umsetzung muss die Hirnaktivitaet und die Augenbewegungen des Fahrers gemessen werden. Seitens der <EPFL> ist ein angesehener Forscher fuer das Projekt zustaendig, welcher bereits Rollstuehle entwickelt hat, welche sich nur auf Basis von <Gedanken-Kraft> (Brain Machine Interface/BMI) steuern lassen. (Mon. 26.09.2011 Smi) スイスの有名大学ザンクトガレン大学は「経営学修士の授業」の一環で、ほ とんどが銀行で働くディーラーだが、資源貿易会社、ヘッジファンドで働く 27名の職業ディーラーの意識調査をした。調査ティームの結論は、株式、金 融派生商品、外国為替を扱うトレーダーと呼ばれるこれらの人々は、より無 謀で危険な取引をしている。調査ティームはコンピュータ・シミュレーショ ンを基に検証し、その結果をドイツの「精神病質者調査」の結果と比較した 。成績（絶対的利益）に関して、比較したドイツの調査結果よりも悪い結果 が出た。専門家達でさえザンクトガレン大学の結果に驚き、重大だと発言。 この為、「ジョン・コーツ」の同調査は、トレーダーに女性をもっと多く採 用するよう推奨している。（出典：2011年9月26日付ブリック紙） A study within the scope of a <MBA-essay> (work) at the distinguished Swiss University of St. Gallen (HSG) investigated the behavior of 27 <professional> traders, which mostly work at banks, but also at commodity trading firms and <Hedge-funds>. The authors of the study came to the conclusion that persons, which handle professionally stocks, derivatives or foreign currencies, so-called <traders>, are more reckless and take more risks. The authors conducted their study based on <Computer-Simulation>, in which they compared their results with a German <psychopath study>; regarding to <performance> (absolute profit), the results were said to be worse than in the German comparative study. Even experts showed themselves surprised about the result of the <St. Gallen study> and called it significant. The <John Coates> study recommends therefore occupying more women as <dealers>. Die Autoren fuehrten ihre Studie basierend auf <Computer-Simulation> durch, wobei sie ihre Resultate mit einer deutschen <Psychopathen- Studie> verglichen; betreffend <Performance> (absoluter Gewinn), haetten sich schlechtere Resultate als in der deutschen <Vergleichs- Studie> ergeben.
