The professor accused the Government of negligence regarding to the regulation of the limit values after the disaster in Fukushima; according to his opinion the fixed limit values of 20 millisievert per hour for elementary schools in the surroundings of Fukushima are inappropriate. Those limit values shall be too dangerous for children, he said under tears at his press conference. In his function as scientist he couldn't allow that; he criticized further the missing transparency regarding to the measuring of the radiation around the nuclear power plant. Kan Naoto however defended the crisis management of the Government at the Parliament and said, they would recognize different viewpoints among the advisors. Der Professor beschuldigt die Regierung der Fahrlaessigkeit bei der Festlegung der Grenzwerte nach der Katastrophe in Fukushima; seiner Meinung nach sind die festgelegten Grenzwerte von 20 Millisievert pro Stunde fuer Grundschulen in der Umgebung von Fukushima unangemessen. Diese Grenzwerte seien fuer Kinder viel zu gefaehrlich, sagte er unter Traenen bei seiner Pressekonferenz. In seiner Funktion als Wissenschaftler koenne er dies nicht erlauben; weiter kritisierte er die fehlende Transparenz in Bezug auf die Strahlungsmessung um das Atomkraftwerk herum. These robots shall be taken into operation the beginning of May; due to the high radiation the cooling-systems in the damaged reactor buildings could so far not yet be repaired. Two robots are equipped with cameras and <GPS> (global positioning system) and can detect <Gamma-radiation>. Based on the results, afterwards radiation maps shall be established. A third robot called <Quince>, which was developed by <Chiba Institute of Technology> and the <Tohoku University> is particularly qualified for the operation on the debris fields and he shall operate the pumps, with which water will be injected on the used nuclear fuel rods. The Japanese <Monirobo> (Monitoring Robot), which had been developed already in 1999 on the occasion of the incident at the nuclear power plant <Tokaimura> by <NUSTEC>, is already used on the site. Das Unternehmen <Tepco> beabsichtigt zusaetzliche Roboter innerhalb dem Atomkraftwerk und auf dem Gelaende rund herum einzusetzen; damit soll die Strahlenbelastung fuer die Arbeiter, welche dort arbeiten reduziert werden. Diese Roboter sollen anfangs Mai in Betrieb genommen werden; wegen der hohen Strahlung konnten in den beschaedigten Reaktor-Gebaeuden die Kuehlsysteme bisher noch nicht wieder hergestellt werden. Zwei Roboter verfuegen ueber Kameras und <GPS> (global positioning system) und koennen damit <Gamma-Strahlung> entdecken. Basierend auf den Ergebnissen sollen nachher Strahlungskarten erstellt werden. Ein dritter Roboter namens <Quince>, welcher vom <Chiba Institute of Technology> und der <Tohoku University> entwickelt wurde eignet sich besonders gut fuer den Einsatz auf dem Truemmer-Gelaende und er soll die Pumpen bedienen, mit welchen Wasser auf die abgebrannten Brennstaebe gespritzt wird. They brought two cows with them for the protest in Tokyo and the held signboards with the title <No Nuclear Energy>; on the photograph in the newspaper many women could be seen. Already on Sunday, several thousand people had demonstrated for an exit of nuclear power energy and for renewable energies; among them were many youth and families. His Excellency the Japanese Emperor couple is going to visit the disaster region with the prefectures of Miyagi, Iwate and Fukushima the beginning of May. [WSNH: A Japanese in Shibuya said that an exit from nuclear energy in Japan in about 5 years could be possible if only Japan would want it: The vice Secretary General of the <Japan Association against nuclear weapons and nuclear energy>, Mr. Fujioka Kazuaki expects mass rallies in Tokyo up to autumn 2011. At Easter, already about 6,000 people took part in the demonstration; in the past, there were only about 40 to 60 participants. Sie brachten zwei Kuehe mit fuer ihren Protest in Tokyo und sie streckten Schilder mit der Aufschrift <Stoppt Atom-Energie> (No Nukes) in die Hoehe; auf dem Foto in der Zeitung waren viele Frauen zu sehen. Bereits am Sonntag hatten in Tokyo einige tausend Leute fuer einen Ausstieg aus der Atom-Energie und fuer erneuerbare Energien demonstriert; darunter waren viele Jugendliche und Familien. That strikes in particular to crisis periods; then the human (fund manager) tends to panic and the people just follow the <flock>, whereas the <Kabu-Robo> just simply observes the fixed rules. In March 2011 (earthquake and Tsunami), the six computer programs of the fund <T&D Asset Management> achieved a surplus of 1,9% whereas the other funds produced an average minus of 6,9% (according to the firm <Rating and Investment Information Inc.>). The computer programs were developed by Kunisada Kazuhiro of <Trade Science Corp.>. The robots considered the plunging stock prices (Topix-Index) of about 9,5% on March 15, 2011 as an opportunity for purchase and they invested 30% of the means of the funds that was 402 Mio. Yen (4,9 Mio. USD) in stocks of companies such as <JX Holdings Inc.> and <Cosmo Oil. Co.>. The following week, the stocks were sold again after a recovery of the prices based on a <sell signal>. The <Kabu-Robo> fund produced the best <performance> in March 2011 of all 393 actively managed funds investing in Japanese stocks. (Quelle : cash.ch vom 30.04.2011/bloomberg) http://www.kaburobo.jp/ http://www.monexgroup.jp/en/group/group_companies/ts 5) 明らかにアスベスト発見 Asbestos apparently discovered Es wurde anscheinend Asbest entdeckt (Sun. 01.05.2011 Smi) 活動家達が、自然災害で甚大な被害を受けた地域で大量の瓦礫と空気中にア スベストを発見したと話した事を、<Mainichi Daily News> が報じた。アス ベストは無臭で殆ど目に見えないが発癌物質だ。空気中のアスベストは、日 本では許容範囲内の量。しかし、瓦礫の撤去作業が進むと、アスベストの量 は急増する事が予想される。地元当局は（同紙によると）、空気中に含まれ るアスベストと他の粒子の汚染状況を未だ視野に入れていないと説明。これ までに砂埃の中で撤去作業をした人々全てがマスクをしていたわけではない。 <Activists> are said to have found asbestos material in the mass of debris and in the air in the region heavily damaged by the natural disaster; that was reported by the newspaper <Mainichi Daily News>. Regarding to the asbestos, it is a substance which is odorless and nearly invisible, however it is carcinogen. The traces of asbestos detected in the air shall still be below the allowed level in Japan. It is however expected that with an increase of the cleanup efforts, the concentration of asbestos will strongly increase. The authorities on site have (according to the newspaper) explained that they didn't have yet the pollution of the air by asbestos and other particles in the focus. So far not all people doing cleanup were wearing masks despite the dust clouds. <Aktivisten> haetten in der von der Naturkatastrophe schwer beschaedigten Region in den Massen von Truemmern und in der Luft, Asbest-Material gefunden, dies berichtet die Zeitung <Mainichi Daily News>. (Wed 27.04.2011 Smi) 日本政府は福島第一原発の事故原因の調査委員会設置を検討している。これ は国会で管直人が話したことだが、日本国民は管総理の危機管理に不満を感 じている。民主党候補は最近行われた統一地方選挙で惨敗した。前任者の鳩 山由紀夫によると、管直人首相は国民の声に耳を傾けないと、議員グループ の会合で話した。この会合の誘いには、「民主党指導部交代の時期が来た」 と書かれていた。（出典：2011年4月27日付NZZ紙） The Japanese Government thinks about appointing a committee which should conduct a fact-finding regarding to the incident happened at the damaged nuclear power plant <Daiichi> in Fukushima. That said Kan Naoto at the Japanese Parliament in Tokyo; the public in Japan is displeased with the crisis management of Minister President Kan. The candidates of the Democratic Party (DPJ) reached bad results on the recently hold regional elections. According to his predecessor, Hatoyama Yukio, the Japanese Minister President Kan Naoto does not listen to the voice of the people; that said Hatoyama-san on a meeting with a group of deputies. On the invitation for the meeting, it was writing that <the time has come for a change in leadership> at the Democratic Party (DPJ). Die japanische Regierung ueberlegt sich eine Kommission zu ernennen, welche eine Untersuchung ueber die Ereignisse im beschaedigten Atom-Kraftwerk <Daiichi> in Fukushima durchfuehren soll. Dies sagte Kan Naoto vor dem japanischen Parlament in Tokyo; die Oeffentlichkeit in Japan ist unzufrieden mit dem Krisen-Management von Ministerpraesident Kan. Die Kandidaten der Demokratischen Partei (DPJ) erreichten bei den kuerzlich durchgefuehrten Regionalwahlen schlechte Resultate. (Quelle: NZZ vom 27.04.2011) 7) スイスで深刻な乾燥 Serious drought in Switzerland Schlimme Trockenheit in der Schweiz (Tue. 19.04.2011 Smi) スイスでは何週間もまともに雨が降っていないので、所に依って（ユラ地方 等）飲料水が逼迫している!住民は一部節水を呼びかけられ、魚が移転させら れた川もある。専門家は2003年の猛暑の夏より厳しい状況になるかもしれな いと警告している! WWFは、各人が水の消費量を減らす事は意味があると言っ ている。WWFによると、水の使用料は農業が72%、工業が19%、家庭が9%だが、 農業の散水面積は1995年以来ほぼ倍増している。消費者は益々高品質の商品 を求めるようになって、見かけが幾らかでも萎びていれば、農家はもう売り に出せなくなる!! スイスの湖では、船の航行が制限されたり、一部運航を中 止するところも出ている。[WSNHの提案:歯磨きの最中、歯ブラシを使ってい る間は水を止める!!]（出典：2011年4月19日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙/ 2011年4月20日付20分紙） There was no proper rainfall for weeks in Switzerland and in certain regions (e.g. Jura region), the potable water has become already short! The population was partly requested to save water; in some rivers, the fish had to be relocated. Experts warn the situation could become even worse than in the heat summer of 2003! According to the WWF (World Wildlife Fund) it is reasonable when each person consumes less water. According to WWF, the agriculture uses 72%, industry/trade 19% and private households 9% of water; the watered surface in agriculture has nearly doubled since 1995. The consumers demand increasingly higher quality; products which are just a bit crumpled (not nice looking) cannot be sold anymore by the farmers!! The shipping traffic on certain Swiss lakes was restricted already or partly suspended. [WSNH attention: Upon brushing your teeth switch off the water tap!!] In der Schweiz hat es seit Wochen nicht mehr richtig geregnet und in gewissen Regionen (z.B. Region Jura) wird das Trinkwasser bereits knapp! Die Bevoelkerung wurde teilweise aufgefordert Wasser zu sparen; in einzelnen Fluessen mussten die Fische umgesiedelt werden. Experten warnen, dass die Lage noch schlimmer werden koennte als im Hitzesommer im Jahr 2003! Gemaess dem WWF (World Wildlife Fund) ist es sinnvoll, wenn jeder einzelne weniger Wasser verbraucht. Gemaess dem WWF verbraucht die Landwirtschaft 72%, Industrie/Gewerbe 19% und Privathaushalte 9% Wasser; in der Landwirtschaft haben sich die bewaesserten Flaechen seit 1995 fast verdoppelt. Die Konsumenten verlangen immer hoehere Qualitaet; Produkte, welche etwas schrumpelig (weniger schoen) aussehen koennen die Bauern nicht mehr verkaufen!! Der Schiffsverkehr musste auf einzelnen Schweizer Seen bereits eingeschraenkt oder teilweise eingestellt werden.
