The Japanese (Samurai Blue) won the final match against the team of Australia with a score of 1 against nil (1:0); the goal was scored by the substitute player Tadanari Oyama (Lee). (Quelle: bazonline.ch vom 01.02.2011& Nestle) http://www.nestle.com/Media/NewsAndFeatures/Pages/CPW-opens- Innovation-Centre-Switzerland.aspx 3) チュニス：無実のスイス人医師釈放 Tunis: Innocent Swiss doctor now free (Fri. 04.02. 2011 Smi) Tunis: Unschuldiger Schweizer Arzt jetzt frei 著名なスイス人医師が2009年12月7日にチュニジアで、古美術品の所蔵、盗 難、売買、輸出の疑いででたらめに告発され、告訴された。正規で合法的な 裁判も行われず、同スイス人医師は、無実にもかかわらず412日間刑務所に 入れられたが、チュニジア国民の抗議のお陰で、2011年1月23日に釈放され、 スイスに帰国した。ベン・アリ大統領の失脚により、法務大臣も替わり、事 件は新たに審査され、スイス人医師の無罪が判明して、釈放となった。スイ ス人医師に対する裁判は、前大統領の指示により停止され、妨害されていた と言われている。（2011年2月4日付け20ミヌーテンより） A respected Swiss doctor was indicted in Tunisia on December 7, 2009 based on an indiscriminate accusation of alleged possession, theft, trade and export of antiques; there was no normal and legal court procedure conducted. The Swiss doctor was kept innocently for 412 days in prison. Thanks to the protests of the Tunisian people, the innocently detained Swiss was released on January 23, 2011 and returned to Switzerland. Due to the overturn of the president Ben Ali, the Justice Minister was replaced too; the case was newly investigated and the innocence of the Swiss was proved so that he became free. It was said that the court procedure was blocked and constrained by instruction of the ex-president.! Ein angesehener Schweizer Arzt wurde am 7. Dezember 2009 in Tunesien aufgrund einer willkuerlichen Anklage wegen angeblichem Besitz, Diebstahl, Handel und Ausfuhr von Antiquitaeten angeklagt; es wurde kein ordentliches und rechtmaessiges Gerichtsverfahren eingeleitet. Der Schweizer Arzt verbrachte 412 Tage unschuldig im Gefaengnis. Dank den Protesten des tunesischen Volkes wurde der unschuldig inhaftierte Schweizer am 23. Januar 2011 frei gelassen und kehrte in die Schweiz zurueck. Durch den Sturz des Praesidenten Ben Ali wurde ebenfalls der Justizminister ausgewechselt; der Fall wurde neu bearbeitet und die Unschuld des Schweizers festgestellt, worauf er frei kam. Es wird gesagt, dass das Verfahren gegen den Schweizer Arzt auf Weisung des ex-Praesidenten blockiert und behindert wurde! The new product is going to be a competitor to the present market leader the US-company <Corning Inc.>. The new product, <Dragontrail> of <Asahi Glass> is super hard and resistant against scratches. With the glass <Dragontrail>, <Asahi Glass> intends to produce in the future a turnover of 30 billion Yen (ca. 266 Mio. Euro) worldwide and is aiming for a market share of 30%. There he and his delegation debated with interested persons about the future perspectives of Japan. Such kind of modest appearance, one could hardly have imagined a few years ago; in the meantime, actually China and newly also India get the major attention. In the talk, in particular, the high level of debt, the aging (of the population) and the sealing-off were addressed. Despite the actual problems, one shouldn't forget that Japan is nevertheless still one of the most competitive countries, with a worldwide hardly to outperform power of innovation, a high working performance and working discipline (moral) as well as a high standard of living. Japan needn't to be <re-invented> as Kan Naoto said, but it is about to revitalize the Japanese virtues. Gemaess einem Bericht der NZZ vom 31. Januar 2011 sprach der japanische Ministerpraesident Kan Naoto mit seiner Delegation nicht in einer der grossen Raeume (Hallen) im Konferenz-Zentrum in Davos, sondern er redete in einem kleinen Sitzungszimmer vor Zitat: <halb- leeren Raengen>. Dort unterhielten sich er und seine Delegation mit interessierten Personen ueber die Zukunftsaussichten von Japan. Einen derart bescheidenen Auftritt konnte man sich noch vor wenigen Jahren kaum vorstellen; in der Zwischenzeit erhalten aktuell China und neu ebenfalls Indien grosse Aufmerksamkeit. Im Gespraech wurden insbesondere die hohe Verschuldung, die Ueberalterung und die Abdichtung (Abschottung) angesprochen. Trotz der aktuellen Probleme, darf nicht vergessen werden, dass Japan weiterhin eines der wettbewerbsfaehigsten Laender, mit einer weltweit fast nicht zu ueberbietenden Innovationskraft, einer hohen Arbeitsleistung und Arbeitsdisziplin (Moral) und einem hohen Lebensstandard ist. Thereto are among others the middle- and long-term possibilities of growth, the productivity- and competitive capability etc. The innovation performance of Switzerland had with a level of more than 4% an above average growth compared to the leading European economic locations!! The growth of other European countries, which are ranked in the top of that ranking list showed a growth of between 2% and 3%. SFr) in the fourth term of 2010; that means a duplication compared to the previous year. Thereto have contributed, in particular the very strong demand for memory chips, which are used in <Smart-Phones>, <iPads> and <iPhones> as well as the sales of flat screens. In Japan, there is a major demand for televisions (TV's), in which low-energy use TV sets are promoted with a national premium. In the field of Personal computers (PC), there was also a satisfactory growth achieved. Das japanische Elektronikunternehmen <Toshiba> erzielte im 4. (Tue. 01.02.2011 Smi) 「素人」の検察審査会が、小沢一郎に対する政治資金規正法違反の罪状認否 に対して起訴した!!それ以前に、東京地検特捜部はこの問題を長期間取り調 べ、4度に亘って任意の事情聴取を行った。東京地検はその後この事件の起 訴を取り止めたにも拘らず、この程小沢一郎は日本の裁判所から情報を求め られた。小沢一郎は何度も、この問題に関する如何なる過ちも否定しており、 裁判で無実が明らかになる事を確信している。小沢さんはこの問題について、 政敵に依るキャンペーンの犠牲になったと度々表明している!! （出典：2011年2月1日付NZZ紙） http://www.egawashoko.com/c006/000326.html A committee of justice, consisting of <laypersons>, has initiated an arraignment against Ozawa Ichiro regarding to a suspicion of an offense against the (political) party donation law!! Previously, the Public Attorney's Office in Tokyo had investigated in that matter during months and had interviewed the accused four times on a voluntary base regarding to the allegation. The Public Attorney's Office in Tokyo however didn't bring a charge against him afterwards in that matter. Despite it, now Ozawa Ichiro is asked to give information at a Japanese court. Ozawa Ichiro had several times denied any possible mistake in that matter and he feels confident that the court will prove his innocence. Ozawa-san has described himself several times as a victim of a campaign of his political opponents!! Ein Ausschuss der Justiz, welcher aus <Laien> besteht, leitete eine Anklageerhebung gegen Ozawa Ichiro betreffend einem Verdacht auf Verstoss gegen das Parteispenden-Gesetz ein!! Vorher hatte die Staatsanwaltschaft in Tokyo in dieser Sache waehrend Monaten ermittelt und dabei den Beschuldigten vier Mal auf freiwilliger Grundlage zum Vorwurf befragt. Die Staatsanwaltschaft in Tokyo erhob jedoch nachher keine Anklage in dieser Sache. Jetzt soll Ozawa Ichiro dazu trotzdem noch vor einem japanischen Gericht Auskunft erteilen. Ozawa Ichiro hat mehrmals einen moeglichen Fehler verneint und er ist sich sicher, dass das Gericht seine Unschuld feststellen wird. Ozawa- san bezeichnete sich in dieser Sache bereits mehrmals als Opfer einer Kampagne seiner politischen Gegner. That's really bad! Today we planned to visit the town of Tsuwano located in Shimane-ken, it is a historical town, where we especially wanted to visit the famous Hokusai museum. It is about 51 km away taking about 1 hrs. 30 by car; we drove through a beautiful green and forestry countryside called <Tsuwabuki Kaido>. On the way there, we couldn't avoid to stop at the next <Michi no eki> to buy some fresh fruits and locally produced dry foods.
