In the year 2002, the valuable trademark (brand label) was replaced by a <trivial>, artificial lettering! As from April 1, 2011, the first aircraft, which will be used on international routes, will be equipped with the <new, old> logo. That shall be at the same time a symbolic sign for the start of a <new> Japan Airlines. In 2005, the then CEO of the airline company <Swiss> Mr. Christoph Franz couldn't understand it at all that the crane was replaced and doubted about the success of such an enterprise. Now, he is the CEO of <Lufthansa>, which presents successfully and proudly an <European> crane on their aircrafts. JAL Group, die Muttergesellschaft der Fluggesellschaft Japan Airlines ueberarbeitet ihren Marktauftritt (Corporate Identity) und besinnt sich dabei auf die bewaehrten und erfolgreichen Werte der Vergangenheit; das beruehmte und sympathische Logo des Kranich (Tsuru), welches seit 1959 mehr als 40 Jahre verwendet wurde, wird demnaechst wieder eingefuehrt. Im Jahr 2002 wurde das wertvolle Markenzeichen durch einen <banalen>, kuenstlichen Schriftzug abgeloest! Ab dem 1. April 2011 wird ein erstes Flugzeug, welches auf internationalen Strecken eingesetzt wird, mit dem <neuen, alten> Logo ausgeruestet. Dies soll gleichzeitig ein Symbol sein fuer den Start einer <neuen> Japan Airlines. Im 2005 konnte es der damalige CEO der Fluggesellschaft <Swiss>, Christoph Franz nicht verstehen, dass der <Kranich> ausgetauscht wurde und er zweifelte am Erfolg eines solchen Unternehmens. Only just 68,8% of the students who will pass their University exams can look forward to a permanent working place; that would be the worst level since ever. According to an investigation report of the Government that means a decline of 4,3% compared to the previous year and the lowest level since the year 1996. In the past, a working contract was given even ahead of the final University diploma by a prestigious Japanese enterprise combined with a guarantee for a lifetime employment. In 2011, enterprises in Japan will hire fewer employees even though the profit had been significantly increased!! The reasons for that shall be based in the Japanese labor law according to economists; the behavior of the students and the enterprises contributes however to the present situation. Die beruflichen Aussichten fuer Hochschul-Absolventen sind in Japan nicht gut in diesem Jahr, obwohl sich die Wirtschaft stetig erholt. Nur gerade 68,8% der Studenten, welche diesen Fruehling die Universitaets-Pruefungen abschliessen, koennen einen festen Arbeitsplatz erwarten; dies waere der schlechteste Wert seit je. Gemaess einem Untersuchungsbericht der Regierung bedeutet dies ein Rueckgang von 4,3% gegenueber dem Vorjahr und der tiefste Wert seit dem Jahr 1996. Frueher gab es noch vor dem Abschluss der Universitaet einen Arbeitsvertrag bei einem angesehenen japanischen Unternehmen mit damit verbundener Garantie auf eine lebenslange Beschaeftigung. Im 2011 stellen die Unternehmen in Japan weniger Mitarbeiter ein, obwohl die Gewinne deutlich gesteigert wurden!! Die Gruende dafuer sollen gemaess Oekonomen beim japanischen Arbeitsrecht liegen; das Verhalten der Studenten und der Unternehmen traegt jedoch ebenfalls zu dieser Situation bei. As a result the states get then identification assigned which is DB1 for the lowest and with DB7 for the highest level of risks. The reporting in January 2011 showed the following country ranking list: No. 1 Switzerland (DB1c), No. 2 Australia, Canada, Germany (DB1d), Norway, No. 3 Austria, Finland, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, Qatar, Sweden, USA. Ranked as number five are Japan together with Belgium and Slovenia. Als Ergebnis bekommen die Staaten dann eine Erkennung zugeordnet, welche mit DB1 die tiefste und mit DB7 die hoechste Risikostufe bezeichnet. Die Auswertung im Januar 2011 zeigte folgende Laender-Rangliste: Nr. 1 Schweiz (DB1c), Nr. 2 Australien, Kanada, Deutschland (DB1d), Norwegen, Nr. 3 Oesterreich, Finnland, HongKong, Luxemburg, Qatar, Schweden, USA. If the figure reaches 72 cases then it is called an epidemic. Regarding to 74% of the investigated positive results, the swine flu virus H1N1 was found; affected by the influenza are considerably more children and young adult's then elderly people. Switzerland-wide about 20 influenza patients were so far treated on intensive care units at hospitals; one of these patients is presently in a critical condition of health. The usual hygiene measures are recommended and in case of influenza symptoms people should stay at home. Die Grippewelle brach in der letzten Jahres-Woche von 2010 aus und gemaess Hochrechnung gibt es aktuell 249, durch Grippe verursachte Arztbesuche pro 100 000 Einwohner; bei 72 Faellen spricht man von einer Epidemie. Bei zirka 74% der untersuchten positiven Resultate wurde das Schweinegrippe-Virus H1N1 festgestellt; betroffen von der Grippe sind erheblich mehr Kinder und junge Erwachsene als aeltere Menschen. Schweiz-weit wurden bisher 20 Grippe-Patienten auf Intensiv- Stationen behandelt; ein Patient ist derzeit in einem kritischen Gesundheitszustand. Es werden die ueblichen Hygiene-Massnahmen empfohlen und bei Grippe-Anzeichen sollte man zu Huse bleiben. (Tages-Anzeiger vom 20.01.2011) http://www.togetheragainsttheflu.ch/en-us/ http://virologie.hug-ge.ch/centres_reference/CNI_surveillance_en.html 5) 年初からの重要変更項目 Major changes as from January 1, 2011 Wichtige Aenderungen ab 01.01.2011 (Mon. 27.12.2010 Smi) 2011年1月1日から7年間の期限付き消費税率の引き上げが実施される。税率 引き上げ分は障害者保険の補填に充てられる。これまでの通常税率7.6%は8 %に引き上げられ、低減税率（例えば食料品等）は2.4%から2.5%に引き上げ られる。社会保険も同様に調整され、雇用主は失業保険料の控除額を0.1% 引き上げ、EO（補充労働費、休職中給与）も0.1%引き上げられる。5,000ス イスフランの給与総額では月額10スイスフランになる。スイス国民はこの引 き上げを国民投票で承認している！産休中の給与もEOから支給される。5年 毎に健康保険から支払われていた180スイスフランのメガネやコンタクトレ ンズの補助金は、2011年1月1日から廃止される。国民年金受給者には2011年 から1.75%支給額が増え、その額は月額40スイスフランになる。１人分の年 金受給額は、2011年から月額最高2,320スイスフラン（約20万円）になる。 （出典：2010年12月27日付ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙オンライン版） As from January 1, 2011, a seven years limited increase of the Swiss value added tax (VAT) was enforced; the increase of the tax rate is for the additional financing of the IV-insurance (handicapped insurance). The present normal tax rate was increased from 7,6% to 8% and the reduced rate (e.g. for foods) was lifted from 2,4% to 2,5%. Regarding to social security, there were changes regarding to the contributions, for employees the payroll deduction for the unemployment insurance will go up by 0,1% and the labor replacement tax (EO) will go up by 0,1% too. Based on a brut salary of SFr. 5,000 that will make together an amount of SFr. 10 per month. The Swiss citizens have approved it within the scope of plebiscite! With the EO, e.g. the maternity leave is financed. Besides, the amount of SFr. 180 as contribution for the cost of glasses and contact lens, paid every five years by the health insurance was abandoned as from January 1, 2011. The pensioners will have their pension (AHV) increased by 1,75%, that is SFr. 40 per month; the single pension amounts newly to a maximum of SFr. 2,320 (ca. Yen 200,000) per month. Ab dem 1. Januar 2011 trat eine auf sieben Jahre befristete Erhoehung der Schweizer Mehrwertsteuer (VAT) in Kraft; die Erhoehung der Steuersaetze dient der Zusatzfinanzierung der IV (Invalidenversicherung). Der bisherige Normalsatz wird von 7,6% auf 8% erhoeht und der reduzierte Steuersatz (z.B. fuer Lebensmittel etc.) wird von 2,4% auf 2,5% angehoben. Bei den Sozialversicherungen gibt es ebenfalls Anpassungen; fuer Arbeitnehmer steigen die Lohn- Abzuege fuer die Arbeitslosenversicherung (ALV) um 0,1% und bei der Erwerbs-Ersatzordnung (EO) um 0,1%. Bei einem Bruttolohn von SFr. 5 000 macht dies zusammen SFr. 10 pro Monat. Die Schweizer Buerger haben diesen Erhoehungen im Rahmen von Volksabstimmungen zugestimmt! Mit der EO wird unter anderem der Mutterschafts-Urlaub (Mutterschafts- versicherung) finanziert. Der Beitrag von SFr. 180 an die Kosten fuer Brillen und Kontaktlinsen, welcher alle fuenf Jahre von den Krankenkassen bezahlt wurde, faellt ab dem 1.1.2011 weg. Morgan is going to create in its branches in Geneva, Zurich and Zug an overall number of more than 400 new working place by the end of 2012; partly selected specialists (e.g. dealers) will be relocated from London to Zurich. Regarding to J.P. Morgan, Geneva is besides New York the most important location for the business with wealthy foreigners. For it, she had a <In vitro fertilization> (IVF), which is a process by which egg cells are fertilized by sperm outside the body, taking place in the USA. That process is officially not forbidden in Japan, however despite it, it isn't allowed! As politician, she <fights> for the development of the fertilization medicine in Japan. Her behavior is regarded to be a <broke of taboo>, in particular because she spoke in public about it. Die japanische (LDP-) Politikerin Noda Seiko gab die Geburt ihres Kindes anfangs Januar 2011 in Tokyo bekannt; es handelt sich um ein so-genanntes <Retorten-Baby> (Labor-Baby), welches die 50-jaehrige Frau gebar. Sie liess sich dafuer in den USA ein <in vitro> befruchtetes Ei implantieren; dies ist in Japan offiziell nicht verboten, aber trotzdem nicht erlaubt! Als Politikerin ist sie fuer den Ausbau der <Fertilitaets-Medizin> in Japan. Ihr Verhalten wird als <Tabu-Bruch> angesehen, insbesondere, dass sie oeffentlich darueber sprach. The spokesman of <Uni-Hospital> didn't confirm the media reports due to reasons of data privacy; however only Basle in Switzerland can do that very complex therapy, a so-called <radio-isotopic> treatment of <neuro-endocrine> tumors.
