The specialists of the ADAC investigated within that project more than 200 ski regions in the Alps; the countries Austria, Switzerland and Italy were ranked on the top regarding to the winter sports. Besides, the three best regions were researched, in which it refers to different categories such as for instance <Ski Alpine>, <Family- and children friendliness> etc. The rank number one, with the title <Best Ski Region of the Alps>, was reached by the region of <Matterhorn Ski Paradise> (Zermatt), ranked second was the <Oetztal> (Oetz Valley) in Austria and ranked third was the Swiss- French ski region <Les Portes du Soleil> (the doors of the sun). Der deutsche Automobilclub ADAC ermittelte und praemierte bereits zum vierten Mal die besten Skigebiete der Alpen im Rahmen des <ADAC- SkiGuide 2011>. Die Spezialisten von ADAC untersuchten dabei mehr als 200 Skigebiete in den Alpen; die Laender Oesterreich, Schweiz und Italien belegen in Bezug auf den Wintersport die Spitzenraenge. Im Uebrigen wurden die drei besten Gebiete erforscht, wobei sich dies auf verschiedene Kategorien wie beispielsweise, <Ski Alpin>, <Familien- und Kinderfreundlichkeit> usw. bezieht. With the admission of Geneva into the route network, the location in Switzerland will be strengthened and the importance of the Swiss market for the airline company is emphasized. Already since 1992, there is a flight connection between Dubai and Zurich, which is served twice a day; on the route from Dubai to Geneva, aircrafts of the type <Boeing 777-200LR> and <Boeing 777-300ER> will be operated. Geneva will become the worldwide 111th destination and the 26th destination in Europe within the route network of <Emirates>. Basel protestiert gegen Mahlzeiten aus Zuerich! (Mon. 06.12.2010 Smi) 「バーゼル婦人協会」の、今後はチューリヒから「クック・アンド・チル」 方式で「事前に調理された食事」が運ばれる計画が発表されてから、バーゼ ルの保護者の間では大きな波紋が拡がっている。理由は、「ユング通り保育 所」の現在の調理人が来年1月末に職を辞することにある。今までは子供達 の食事はその場で調理されていたが、チューリヒから運ばれる食事は、バー ゼルで温めるだけでよい。両親は怒りを顕にし、反対署名を集めている。一 人の母親はこの措置を「エコロジー」的に疑問だとし、調理人がいなければ 「人間的な温かさ」が失われることを心配している。「バーゼル婦人協会」 によれば、「意思の疎通に間違い」があり、事態は最終的に決定してはいな いそうだ。保育所で熱心な調理人を見つけるのはますます難しくなっている 。（2010年12月6日、7日付けターゲスアンツァイガー紙およびbazonlineより） There is a major excitement among (certain) Basle parents after plans of the <Basle Women Society> have become known; their aim is to have supplied <ready-cooked meals> from Zurich according to the method of <cook and chill> in the future as a possibility. The reason for that is that the present cook at the <Tagesheim Jungstrasse> (day-home) has given notice by the end of January 2011. So far the meals for the children were cooked freshly on site; the meals supplied from Zurich would only have to be heated in Basle. The parents affected have reacted indignantly and intend to collect signatures against that plans. A mother finds the (new) procedure <ecologically> disputable and is afraid that without a cook <human warmness> would be lost. According to the <Basle Women Society>, there is apparently a <mistake in communication> and it is emphasized that regarding to the matter absolutely no definitive decision has been taken yet. Besides, it is increasingly difficult to find <dedicated> cooks for a <day- home>. The highlight could arrive on early Tuesday morning between midnight and sunrise; on a clear sky, falling stars could be observed at the sky in a period between December 12 to 16, 2010. The matter was among others about the legitimacy of the Vietnam War; the disclosure shall have showed that the US-Governments under the presidents of Johnson and Nixon shall have lied to the Congress and the American public during years. Daniel Ellsberg was never sentenced legally for his actions in the USA; in the year 2006, regarding to his constant political commitment, he was awarded with the <Right Livelihood Award>, which is considered to be the <Alternative Nobel Prize>. The actual PISA report of 2009 shows that Switzerland is ranked now in all tested subjects above the average of the OECD. Regarding to reading Japan is ranked as No. 8 with 520 points and Switzerland is ranked as No. 13 with 501 points; in mathematics Switzerland is ranked as No. 8 with 534 points and Japan is ranked No. 9 with 529 points and in natural science Japan is ranked as No. 5 with 539 points and Switzerland is ranked as No. 15 with 517 points. The OECD-average number of points is as follows, reading: 493, mathematics: 497 and natural science 501 points. After the bad marks in reading in the study of 2000, Switzerland has particularly promoted the capability in reading; the capacity in reading of pupils with a migration background has since then improved. In Japan the learning success results from the fact that many students of the first primary class attend about twice a week so-called <Kumon- courses>, a kind of evening school; that takes place after the ordinary school tuition. Often Japanese children attend private courses already since the kindergarten and most of the children are eager to attend them. At the school entrance, elementary knowledge is expected and besides, the write approach (Kanji, Hiragana, Katakana & etc.) in Japan is much more complicated. Der aktuelle PISA- Bericht von 2009 zeigt, dass die Schweiz jetzt in allen geprueften Faechern ueber dem Durchschnitt der OECD liegt. Beim Lesen belegt Japan mit 520 Punkten Rang 8 und die Schweiz liegt mit 501 Punkten auf Rang 13; in Mathematik besetzt die Schweiz Rang 8 mit 534 Punkten und Japan Rang 9 mit 529 Punkten und in Naturwissenschaften liegt Japan auf Rang 5 mit 539 Punkten und die Schweiz auf Rang 15 mit 517 Punkten. Die OECD-Durchschnitts-Punktezahl betraegt beim Lesen: 493, bei Mathematik: 497 und bei Naturwissenschaft: 501. Nach den schlechten Noten im Lesen bei der Studie von 2000, wurde in der Schweiz das Lesen besonders gefoerdert; die Lese-Kompetenz von Schuelern mit Migrations-Hintergrund hat sich seither verbessert. In Japan ist der Lernerfolg darauf zurueck zu fuehren, dass viele Schueler der ersten Klasse nach dem ordentlichen Schulunterricht, ungefaehr zweimal pro Woche noch so-genannte <Kumon-Kurse>, eine Art Abendschule besuchen. Oft besuchen japanische Kinder bereits seit dem Kindergarten private Kurse und die meisten Kinder sind eifrig daran teilzunehmen. Bei Schuleintritt werden grundsaetzliche Kenntnisse vorausgesetzt und zudem ist das Schreibsystem in Japan viel schwieriger. The introduction of that innovation needs the adjustment of different Swiss laws; in parliament (Staenderat/Chamber of Cantons) the correspondent adjustments have been agreed on now. Regarding to the tax-free shopping, no value-added tax (VAT) and no dues (taxes) for alcohol and tobacco have to be paid; the tax-free arrival shopping shall be possibly introduced as from spring 2011. Thanks to that about 60-80 new working places could be created and an estimated additional turnover of about 50 to 60 Mio. SFr. would be produced annually in the duty-free shops; the Swiss retail industry shouldn't be disadvantaged importantly. In Zukunft soll es an Schweizer Flughaefen moeglich sein, dass aus dem Ausland eintreffende Passagiere ebenfalls in den <Duty-free-Shops> (Zollfrei-Laeden) abgabefrei einkaufen koennen; dies wird im so- genannten <Tax free on arrival-Prinzip> festgehalten. Die Einfuehrung dieser Neuerung verlangt die Anpassung verschiedener Schweizer Gesetze; im Parlament (Staenderat) wurden die entsprechenden Anpassungen jetzt bewilligt. Beim abgabefreien Einkauf faellt keine Mehrwertsteuer an und es gibt keine Abgaben (Steuern) fuer Alkohol und Tabak; der Zoll-freie Einkauf soll voraussichtlich ab dem Fruehling 2011 eingefuehrt werden. Dadurch koennten zirka 60-80 neue Arbeitsplaetze geschaffen werden und der Mehrumsatz in den Zollfrei- Laeden wird auf ungefaehr 50 bis 60 Mio. SFr. jaehrlich geschaetzt; der Schweizer Einzelhandel sollte davon nicht bedeutend benachteiligt werden. There were reactions of displeased clients; the Postfinance however emphasized that there was never a security problem. The necessary measures were taken in order to resolve the problem; the Federal Body for Information Assurance (MELANI) was also surprised about the rapidness and organization of such attacks in the Internet. Nach dem die Schweizer Postfinance oeffentlich bekannt machte, dass sie die Geschaeftsbeziehung mit Julian Assange (Wikileaks) beenden werde, da bei der Kontoeroeffnung nicht korrekte Angaben zum Wohnort gemacht wurden, war das Internetportal von Postfinance voruebergehend durch <Angriffe von Hacker> stark beeintraechtigt und der Zugriff funktionierte teilweise nicht mehr. Es gab Reaktionen von veraergerten Kunden; die Postfinance betonte jedoch, dass nie ein Sicherheits- problem bestanden haette. Es wurden entsprechende Massnahmen eingeleitet um die Stoerung zu beheben; die Bundesstelle fuer Informatiksicherheit (MELANI) zeigte sich ebenfalls ueberrascht ueber die Schnelligkeit und Organisation solcher Angriffe im Internet. Then we left the car at the Parking area 2 and from there we entered the famous Camelia (Tsubaki) Grove (virgin) Forest; it was not season so the Camelia were not in blossom, but we were impressed by the strong and mighty Camelia trees growing in that area. The walking path is carefully maintained and you find information about the different types of Camelia. It was comfortable to walk in the shadow for about 30 minutes; there is also a walking path along the seaside where a pleasant breeze came. On the way back, we stopped at the Hagi seamarkt, a seafood, vegetable and food market; we bought fresh locally produced Japanese figs. Before dinner, we have just time to visit a private Japanese garden café in Hagi-City open to the public; it is called <Hotori-tei> and you can have Japanese Machia together with Japanese delicacies.
